Our last day together!
I hope you are not bored of big surprises, because I have another surprise! My companion, Elder Beaumier, was emergency transferred, and I now have a new companion, Elder Adams. This happened on Thursday, and it's still a pretty big shock. Elder Adams and his last companion did not get along at all, so President decided to switch us up, to help with the problems that were created.

To be honest, the work, because of this, has been kind of slow. We did manage to have an awesome miracle happen on Sunday. On Saturday, we prayed to open our fast for Sunday, and in that prayer, we asked that the Lord would reveal to us someone who is prepared for a baptismal date. To be honest, I've never asked for that specifically, and sure enough, because God is so great, he did reveal to us someone who is very, very ready to be baptized. During Gospel Principles class, Sister Nye, who is not a member, is the wife of a member and has been coming for a while, but never was interested in the Gospel. During class, she answered a question that was asked about agency, which was a great answer, and then she later shared an awesome testimony and her desire to join the church; Her husband was super surprised because she's never showed much interest before, but she straight out said that she has made the choice to join the church. We have an appointment with them on Wednesday :)

Another good thing that happened, is that we connected with former investigators who have started to visit with us again. They are highly intellectual and they have been very nice to us so far. We've given them service on Saturday, and will probably see them sometime this week! They are great people!

Not really much more to report. Elder Beaumier went to Smithton Ridge, in Columbia, Missiouri. He will like it because it is a great area.

Anyway, I love you all! I hope you all are doing wonderful this week! Keep up the great work! Get ready to receive Shauna home. She comes back February 12th :)
