Well, outside of P-Day and the new apartment, nothing too crazy to
report! Hollie is on track(We are leaving to go see her very soon here).
She had cancelled her baptismal date, but through his mighty miracles,
he accomplished all his work. We are pumped and so is she!
Let me tell you about our P-Day. We got into St. Louis
around 10:30. Our plan was to go to the zoo, but weather was whacky, so
we went to the Science Center. It was great! We rushed through it, so
there is a lot of things I didn't see, but we did check out the
space exhibit, the structure exhibit, the energy exhibit, the dinosaur
exhibit, and a cool cryogenics exhibit. It was fun.
After, we went to the City museum, which is probably
the coolest place I've ever been! It was just remarkable all the things
they have going on there. It's a museum made of all recycled junk, that
has a ton of tunnels and things to climb, crawl through and explore.
There is an aquarium, as well as some old nostalgic things laid all over
the place. There is a TON of slides, of all different sorts; Some made
out of rock, some out of metal, some with deep drops and even a 10 story
slide, which we went down, along with the 5 story slide :) Apparently
only half of the place was actually in operation, because of the winter.
They will have the roof available(which has the school bus hanging off,
and a praying mantis slide that goes across the two buildings). It's
wild! We had to twist and crawl in ways I don't think I've ever had to
before. It was awesome! I plan on going back sometime, but I'll wait
till summer comes around.
Other things going on, Hollie is definitely on track
for Saturday. I'm giving a talk :) Also, Tiffany has declared to us
that she wants to get back on the right road again. She is in a very
difficult void, where she has to wait till November to get baptized, and
making the decisions to be a way that she doesn't have to be at age 17,
is a hard one, because receiving the Lords greater help from the
Spirit, is so far away. With a push, I think we can get her there very
soon.
I'm in the office right now, and I need to get back to work! I love you all! Have an awesome week and remember the Lord!
